Sēr Chef Anthony Van Camp

Chef Anthony Van Camp, who worked under Nana’s chef Anthony Bombaci for six years as executive sous chef, will be heading the kitchen at Sēr, the new steakhouse replacing Hilton Anatole’s Nana in October this year. According to the press release, Sēr, pronounced “sear,” will offer “prime cuts of the finest beef, the freshest of seafood, and unique appetizers and side dishes that will clearly differentiate it as a new style of Dallas steakhouse.”
